Who we are

Ironvale Penetration Group is a founder-led offensive security consultancy based in Berlin and operating worldwide. We were started on a simple frustration: too many security reports describe theoretical risk while real attackers walk through the front door.
From CTF podiums to bank vaults.
Our founder, Adrian Vale, came up through competitive hacking — captaining CTF teams before moving into professional offensive security. Twelve years later that competitive instinct shapes every engagement: we don’t stop at the first finding, we follow the attack path to the end.
Today Ironvale is a tight unit of operators, analysts, and engineers. Every engagement is led personally by a senior operator — never handed to juniors with a scanner and a template.

Prove it, don’t assert it
Every critical finding ships with a working proof-of-concept. If we can’t exploit it, we say so — and we severity-rate it accordingly.

Leave the client stronger
An engagement isn’t over at the report. We retest every fix under the same attack and only sign off when it holds.

Speak plainly
Engineers get reproduction steps; boards get risk in business terms. Nobody gets a 200-page PDF designed to be filed away.
